My stay at this charming inn revealed breathtaking views of the serene Arkansas hills and a meticulously maintained garden, all just two blocks away from the bustling Eureka Springs, Arkansas Historic Loop, with its shops, restaurants, and galleries. I found solace on the big, comfy wrap-around veranda, which provided the perfect vantage point to take in the surrounding landscape.
The allure of the Arsenic and Old Lace Bed & Breakfast Inn lies in its seamless blend of old-world grandeur and modern luxury. Stained glass windows bathed the inn’s walls in brilliant warm light, while original artwork, antiques, and crystal chandeliers exuded class and elegance.
My room featured a cozy King-sized bed and a private bathroom complete with a jacuzzi tub and a shower. The Monet, Chantilly Rose, and Tree Top rooms went above and beyond, offering spacious showers with two or more showerheads. The inn also pampered me with the most luxurious silky sheets, plush towels, and every amenity I could desire.
Entertainment was at my fingertips, with a CD player, iPod docking station, DVD Blu-Ray player, a music library, and a video library in my room. I appreciated the personalized control over the room’s heating and air conditioning, not to mention the cozy fireplace that added ambiance during the colder months.
Though the inn lacked an on-site restaurant, they ensured each day began with a delightful and memorable experience by serving a continental breakfast. The meal starts with fresh fruit and homemade bread, be it muffins, bread, or scones, followed by a gourmet sweet or savory main entrée, often accompanied by a suitable meat or side dish. To quench my thirst, a variety of fruit juices, custom-blended coffee, and hot teas were offered before, during, and after the meal.
What truly set this hotel apart was its commitment to making special occasions, like weddings, truly memorable. They had wedding planners who could manage every detail, and the wedding venue could accommodate up to ten extra guests. They offered various wedding packages. They were always willing to customize something to fit your vision.
Additional amenities include free parking, on-site gardens, a Tesla/Electric Vehicle Charging Station, LGBT-friendly concierge services, and a commitment to being green and environmentally friendly. The entire experience at this bed and breakfast was designed to help me relax, leaving me with only one responsibility – to unwind and thoroughly enjoy myself. 5 Ojo Inn Bed & Breakfast is one of my favorite places for a romantic weekend, a tranquil retreat, or a base to explore Eureka Springs’ treasures. While visiting this elegant B&B located in the Ozark Mountains of Northern Arkansas near Eureka Springs, I fell in love with the perfect setting for day trips to Branson, Missouri, and Fayetteville, Arkansas, both about an hour away.
During my stay at 5 Ojo Inn, I experienced the incredible convenience of its central location. It served as an ideal starting point for exploring the town’s attractions and natural beauty. I could easily stroll to attractive boutiques, art galleries, and restaurants and soak in the bustling atmosphere of the historic center.
The design of the inn is something to behold. It has been meticulously chosen to preserve the aura of old-world charm while delivering modern comforts. The interiors blend rich colors, velvety textiles, and antique antiques, creating a magnificent and welcoming ambiance.
I had the pleasure of choosing from 9 guest rooms and suites, each with its unique design and size. Every room features a gas-log fireplace and a queen-size bed with a beautifully carved headboard. In addition to the comfortable bed, my room had a small refrigerator, a hairdryer, cable TV, a Keurig, a private terrace, air conditioning, and a spacious jetted tub and shower combo. Free Wi-Fi and allocated parking, along with pet-friendly accommodations, made my stay even more enjoyable. Children aged 10 and above are also welcome here.
As a food lover, I couldn’t get enough of the exquisite, full-service gourmet breakfast served in the Sweet House dining area every morning. The breakfast offerings change weekly, and I had the pleasure of savoring 5 Ojo Inn’s signature Caramel French Toast, Herbed Two Cheese Egg Soufflé, Pain Perdu, and an extra fluffy Two-Cheese Quiche. Each breakfast also included bacon, sausage patties or links, seasonal fresh fruit, muffins, deviled eggs, scones, gourmet cheese peppers, or one of their specially prepared sorbets.
One of the hotel’s highlights is the tranquil garden, covered with vivid flowers, shaded resting spaces, and soothing fountains. I spent peaceful hours there, reading a book and absorbing the beauty of the surroundings. The hotel also offers various unique packages and events throughout the year, which added to the richness of my visit.
From the delicious breakfasts to the exceptional service, convenient location, serene grounds, modern facilities, and special packages, 5 Ojo Inn Bed & Breakfast guarantees a memorable stay and left me with a strong desire to return!

One of my favorite places, The Cinnamon Valley, welcomed me to a luxurious stay in rustic-chic log cabins spanning 140 acres in the woods, with stunning vaulted ceilings. While visiting this boutique hotel in the Ozark Mountains of Northern Arkansas, in Eureka Springs, I fell in love with the idea of starting my journey to explore the town’s attractions and natural beauty from here. I could just step outside and walk to charming shops, art galleries, and restaurants and soak in the lively ambiance of the old district.
My stay at The Cinnamon Valley was in one of their nine cottages, and I couldn’t help but appreciate how each one was individually decorated and luxuriously appointed. My cottage had a cozy balcony that added to the charm. They made sure I had all the modern amenities I could ask for, including air-conditioners, fireplaces, smart TVs, DVD players, refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, cookware, utensils/dishes, coffee/tea makers, and irons/ironing boards. What really delighted me was the bathroom, complete with showers, jetted bathtubs, and hair dryers.
Some of the cabins at this place included an extra-large double bed, perfect for two people like me. While others had additional beds and couch beds, making it possible for up to four people to enjoy a stay. And when I needed to stay connected or get some work done, they had free wireless Internet access and working desks and seats. Housekeeping service was also just a request away.
When it came to dining, I had the option to prepare my meals in the kitchen or enjoy outdoor dining. What truly amazed me was the variety of dining options around The Cinnamon Valley. They were close to several restaurants that offered different cuisines. From Mexican, Italian, Thai, fusion, farm-to-table, barbecue, burgers, steak, and fish to Chinese, southern comfort, and low-south tastes, there were choices for everyone, no matter your taste or diet.
And if you ever need to host an event or occasion, The Cinnamon Valley has several halls and areas that can accommodate over 100 people. It truly is the ideal venue for any special gathering. As if that weren’t enough, the hotel also provided camping and grilling facilities, central heating, and a quiet area for relaxation. My stay at The Cinnamon Valley was an unforgettable experience.

The 1905 Basin Park Hotel is one of my favorite places to go if you want to have a once-in-a-lifetime experience because of its rich history, spectacular views, and exceptional service. While visiting, I fell in love with this charming hotel.
Located in downtown Eureka Springs, the 1905 Basin Park Hotel is ideally accessible to the town’s historic center, allowing guests like me to explore the various surrounding popular attractions easily.
While staying at the place, I couldn’t help but admire the hotel’s interior design, which reflects the Victorian style with accents of rustic appeal. Grand stairs with beautiful woodwork carried me through the hotel’s several floors. The high ceilings, magnificent chandeliers, and soft furniture created a welcoming and sophisticated ambiance in the lobby.
The guest rooms were designed with historical features and contemporary facilities, providing a vintage atmosphere while delivering modern conveniences. I experienced a memorable and pleasant visit thanks to this combination.
The guest rooms included luxurious amenities as well. Depending on the room class, I found amenities like a comfy bed with high-quality linens, pillows, and a lovely duvet or comforter. The private bathrooms had a shower, bathtub, or a mix for added comfort, and towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer were frequently supplied.
During my stay, I enjoyed watching my favorite programs and movies on a flat-screen television with cable or satellite channels. Temperature control allowed me to tailor the environment to my preferences, and complimentary Wi-Fi kept me connected and allowed me to explore the internet.
I also appreciated the work desk or separate workplace that made it easy for me to catch up on work or other duties. Depending on the room type, I had a sitting space with chairs or a nice couch, which provided a relaxing location.

I also discovered that Cliff Cottage Inn specializes in private weddings and parties, offering customized packages and event planning services in the midst of stunning settings. The convenient parking facilities made it easy for me to enjoy my stay without any hassles. This place truly exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to return.

The 1886 Crescent Hotel and Spa quickly became one of my favorite places, drawing in history buffs, paranormal investigators, and those seeking a soothing retreat in a truly unusual and dramatic environment.
Nestled atop the Ozark Mountains, this luxurious hotel is surrounded by 15 acres of enchanting gardens and forests, with a charming residential neighborhood just beyond its boundaries. You’ll be delighted to know that downtown Eureka Springs is a mere 15-minute walk away.
During my stay at this splendid establishment, I explored the beautifully kept Victorian-era hamlet featuring quaint stores and restaurants, as well as captivating attractions like the Intrigue Theatre, Eureka Springs Auditorium, and St. Elizabeth Church. The chapel at St. Elizabeth Church is an impressive replica of the Hagia Sophia in Istanbul, adding to the charm of the town. For lovers of American roadside kitsch like me, the Frog Fantasies Museum, boasting a collection of 7000 frogs, is just a convenient nine-minute walk from the hotel.
I couldn’t resist taking a four-minute drive to witness the steam engines of the Eureka Springs and North Arkansas Railway, while the Christ of the Ozarks sculpture was just a short nine-minute drive away. For nature enthusiasts, the Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge is about a 16-minute walk or a quick four-minute drive from the hotel.
The 1886 Crescent Hotel and Spa goes above and beyond to cater to its guests. They even provide information on renting various boats for Lake Leatherwood, a scenic 15-minute drive away. Travelers will appreciate that it’s only 55 minutes from Boone County Regional Airport and an hour and 20 minutes from the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport.
Nevertheless, I must mention that some rooms showed signs of wear and tear calling for updates. The main hotel’s bathrooms, although spacious with beautiful tile floors and pedestal sinks, featured showers inside footed tubs that were often chipped and in need of reglazing. Fortunately, the amenities were thoughtful, including flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, coffee and tea-making facilities, irons, ironing boards, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
If you’re more inclined towards a contemporary setting, the cottages are the way to go. They come equipped with complete kitchens, dining, and living areas with cozy fireplaces, and authentic mission-style furniture. The private decks offer a breathtaking mountain view, perfect for unwinding. The bathrooms in the cottages are more modern, featuring tub-shower combinations and sleek fixtures.
A highlight of my stay was experiencing the must-do ghost tours offered by the hotel. The supernatural charm was captivating and unforgettable. On-site, you’ll also find a comprehensive spa with 12 treatment rooms, a hair salon, a sauna, and a wedding party beauty area. For a refreshing dip, the seasonal outdoor pool is surrounded by a sundeck with comfortable loungers and a relaxing hot tub.
When it comes to dining, the hotel offers a delightful array of choices. The exquisite Crystal Dining Room, available for dinner during the week and serving breakfast daily, was a culinary delight. For a more relaxed atmosphere, the Sky Bar Gourmet Pizza was my go-to, serving up delicious pizzas, appetizers, and beverages with a view. If you’re in the mood for something sweet, Crescent Confections has a delectable selection of ice cream and desserts.
The hotel also boasts a charming gift shop in the lobby, selling boho items and unique souvenirs. Additionally, they provide conference and meeting spaces and a bright, delicate conservatory for special occasions, such as weddings.
Throughout the year, the hotel offers a variety of activities for children and even hosts a camp, depending on the season. The 24-hour open lobby includes a concierge for your convenience, and the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to downtown. Plus, you can stay connected with free Wi-Fi available throughout the entire hotel.

Thorn Crown Chapel, known for its gorgeous design, left me in awe. The interesting Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge allowed me to get up close to incredible wildlife, and the Blue Spring Heritage Center was truly awe-inspiring.
During my stay at the lodge, I tried to explore the fascinating tunnels at Onyx Cave Park and immerse myself in the splendor of nature at Beaver Lake.
In its design, Osage Creek Lodge embraces a balanced combination of rustic charm and sophisticated elegance. The lodge blends warm wood finishes, stone accents, and earthy tones to create a pleasant and welcoming setting, drawing influence from the surrounding natural beauty of Eureka Springs. There are three types of accommodations, all of which come equipped with high-end amenities. My room featured a coffee maker, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, ironing facilities, air conditioning and heating, high-speed Internet, an in-room safe, a seating area, spectacular views, and a private ensuite bathroom with contemporary fixtures, a huge shower, and complimentary amenities.
When it came to dining, the hotel offered a delectable daily breakfast with various fresh and tasty selections to fuel my activities.
I indulged in delectable meals and gastronomic pleasures at the lodge’s on-site restaurant, which had a selection of dishes that had been carefully crafted and produced with ingredients found locally.

My room had modern amenities to ensure a pleasant stay, including comfortable beds and premium bedding for a restful sleep experience, private bathrooms with modern fixtures, and complimentary toiletries.
Air conditioning and heating, flat-screen TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi, mini-refrigerators, coffee makers, irons, ironing boards, hairdryers, and in-room seating areas or workspaces were some of the amenities I enjoyed. Some rooms even had fireplaces or balconies for added atmosphere and spectacular views.
I relished the complimentary breakfast, starting my day with a wonderful and filling meal at the inn.
Other hotel amenities included an outdoor hot tub or pool, on-site parking, a 24-hour front desk, concierge services, a fitness center, a business center, laundry facilities, meeting or event spaces, and pet-friendly accommodations.

Beaver Lakefront Cabins is one of my favorite places, where the beauty of nature and the finest amenities combine in perfect harmony. While visiting, I fell in love with these carefully designed cabins, which provide the ideal combination of rustic charm and contemporary amenities. The pure beauty surrounding the lakeside paradise captured me from the moment I arrived.
Situated on the shores of Beaver Lake amid the enthralling beauty of Northwest Arkansas, this hotel offers the perfect entryway to immerse yourself in nature’s delights while being accessible to exciting tourist attractions. I explored the Victorian-style town famed for its historic center and varied cultural culture. I had the opportunity to explore the awe-inspiring Thorncrown Chapel and the enigmatic Blue Spring Heritage Center. Additionally, I enjoyed a beautiful drive through the gorgeous Ozark Mountains, with various hiking paths, aquatic sports, and natural marvels nearby.
The interiors of the cabins are elegantly decorated with comfy furniture, warm wood accents, and abundant conveniences, providing a sophisticated relaxation ambiance. The attention to detail, from the carefully picked decor pieces to the welcoming fireplaces that offer comfort, was truly remarkable. The rooms were spacious, with plenty of space to rest and unwind. Each cabin had separate living and sleeping rooms for more privacy and comfort.
The cabins also offered a range of room amenities, including a completely equipped kitchen, a comfortable fireplace, a private hot tub, and beautiful bedding. Modern entertainment options like flat-screen TVs, DVD players, and high-speed internet kept me connected and engaged during my stay. Each cabin had its outdoor area, whether a deck or a balcony, where I could relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the surroundings. When it came to dining options, I was delighted that breakfast was provided free of charge. I started my day well with a complimentary breakfast offered on-site.
I also had the opportunity to indulge in scrumptious meals without leaving the comfort of the hotel, ranging from informal to fine dining experiences. I relished mouthwatering food made by renowned chefs.
The hotel had other highlights that made my stay even more enjoyable. On-site recreation included a swimming pool, workout facility, and gaming room. I had access to outdoor sports, with hiking trails, fishing places, and water sports like kayaking and paddleboarding. I truly experienced the natural beauty around the resort.
The concierge services were a valuable addition, allowing me to request assistance from courteous and experienced hotel personnel. They provided suggestions, organized transportation, and helped me plan my schedule to make the most of my stay. I stayed connected during my visit with free Wi-Fi access in the cabins and communal spaces.

Beaver Lake Cottages became one of my favorite places during my recent trip to the United States. Nestled near Eureka Springs, Arkansas, it’s the ultimate escape for anyone seeking tranquility and natural beauty. While visiting this serene retreat, I fell in love with its picturesque surroundings, cozy accommodations, and an array of local activities.
My stay at Beaver Lake Cottages was an absolute delight. The hotel’s location is a stone’s throw away from the historic center of Eureka Springs. I strolled through the charming Victorian-era town, admiring the restored architecture, exploring unique shops art galleries, and savoring delicious dining options.
Just a short drive from the hotel, I experienced the ethereal Thorncrown Chapel. This magnificent glass and wood chapel in the woods provided the perfect setting for quiet reflection and meditation, making it a must-visit spot.
For a taste of adventure, I hopped on The Eureka Springs & North Arkansas Railway and journeyed across the mesmerizing Ozark Mountains. When I was in the mood for outdoor fun, Beaver Lake, with its 28,000 acres of crystal-clear water, offered a range of activities, from fishing and boating to swimming, ensuring that my days were filled with excitement.
Rustic furniture, earthy tones, and nature-inspired accessories created a calming atmosphere. The use of natural elements like wood and stone further enhanced the overall rustic charm, making me feel right at home.
Each cottage was thoughtfully designed with guest comfort in mind. My cozy haven featured a fully equipped kitchenette, a sumptuously comfortable mattress, a spacious bathroom, and a warm sitting area. It was the perfect setup for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The outdoor areas of Beaver Lake Cottages provided breathtaking views of Beaver Lake and the surrounding woodlands. I spent my days fishing, boating, and hiking along scenic trails. In the evenings, I savored the warmth of the fireplace and the luxury of a soothing Jacuzzi bath. Free Wi-Fi and convenient on-site parking added to the overall convenience of my stay.
Beaver Lake Cottages truly excelled in seamlessly blending with the natural beauty of the region while offering a comfortable and inviting retreat for guests. My experience here was nothing short of magical, and I can’t wait to return for another unforgettable stay.
