Sea Views
Hilton Vacation Club in Virginia Beach is one of my favorite places, offering a beachfront retreat that’s hard to beat. While visiting, I fell in love with the fantastic views, wonderful service, and the lovely atmosphere that made my stay luxurious.
While staying at this cool hotel, I was captivated by the rooms, all dominated by spectacular views. Whether it’s the mesmerizing view of the beach and the endless ocean or the lively boardwalk and the vibrant life of Virginia Beach itself, I couldn’t get enough.
The modern décor with clean lines and ample space, along with the use of quality materials and top-notch technology, truly impressed me. Plus, many rooms have full kitchen facilities, which I found quite convenient. It meant I could enjoy complete comfort while relaxing after a day of exploring the area.
But the hotel had a few surprises in store for me as well. The outdoor terrace was a highlight, where I could savor dining with breathtaking views over the ocean. Both indoor and outdoor pools were available, and I made the most of them. The fitness center was a great addition for those looking to stay active while on vacation, and the full concierge service ensured that my beachside stay went perfectly. It was a truly unforgettable experience.

Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront Hotel
One of my favorite places, sitting just off the boardwalk, boasts incredible views across the beach to the ocean beyond. I love this cool hotel, where the interior view is as spectacular as the exterior.
While visiting, I walked into the lobby, and I was instantly transported to an island paradise. Greenery was everywhere, wooden features contrasted with concrete, and comfortable wood seating was spread throughout. It immediately put me at ease, and this is the story of my stay at the Oceanfront.
The rooms featured a modern style with that same blend of wood and cool colors, and the quality materials ensured that it was as luxuriously comfortable as I expected. Each of the 305 rooms featured ocean views, which got me in the mood for the dining experience, too.
While staying there, I tried the seafood, which dominated the menu. Locally sourced ingredients were a feature, whether dining on the rooftop in Orion’s Roof, with its Asian Fusion cuisine and Sushi, or outside at the Tulu Seaside Bar and Grill. With a fitness center and indoor and outdoor pools, Oceanfront brought the Virginia Beach experience to the next level.

Right on the beach with spectacular sea views, Bayfront Suites is one of my favorite places, a real home from home on the sand. While staying at this fantastic spot, I love that rooms feature bespoke furnishings with rugs and artwork that bring the vivid ocean blues into the room, giving a wonderful sense of space and location.
Everywhere in the hotel, I experienced elegant design and subtle splashes of color that interspersed high-quality cabinetry and beautiful natural wood finishes.
While visiting, I tried the gran snacks at the Café 2800 coffee bar or opted for outdoor dining just steps from the hotel’s private beach, which offered a range of locally sourced seafood at the Tin Cup Kitchen.
During my stay, I made use of the fitness center and bicycle rental to stay active, and the laundry services and convenience store just made my trip so much easier. This place truly has it all.

The Westin Town Centre
While visiting Virginia Beach, one of my favorite places to stay is The Westin. It’s at the heart of the town center, close to attractions like Apex Entertainment and Adventure Park. What I truly love is that it’s within easy reach of both the boardwalk and the beach, making it the perfect base for exploring this magical area.
When I stepped into the hotel’s spectacular lobby, I was greeted by the soothing sight of water features and ocean colors everywhere. It’s an incredible introduction to a truly special hotel. The rooms at this trendy and cool Virginia Beach hotel are incredibly spacious, with an uncluttered and elegant design that emphasizes the feeling of space. Plus, those huge windows allow abundant natural light to flood in during the day, making it a relaxing place to spend time.
When it comes to dining, I can’t say enough about the Interlude Restaurant, the in-house dining option. It offers delicious American cuisine and is considered one of the best in the area. But for those times when I wanted a quick snack or beverage as I explored this wonderful city, the market pantry was a lifesaver.
Moreover, the hotel also offers a fitness studio and an indoor pool, making it an excellent choice for those who want more than just the beach during their trip. I experienced a well-rounded stay at The Westin, and I can’t wait to return.

The Cavalier Autograph Collection
The Cavalier is one of my favorite places in the area. While visiting this historic gem, I discovered its rich history of hosting at least 10 presidents. Perched atop a hill, it offers breathtaking views of Virginia Beach and the serene Atlantic Ocean. Following a recent multi-year renovation, this hotel boasts 85 exquisite rooms, seamlessly blending classic 1930s luxury with modern amenities.
My stay at The Cavalier was nothing short of luxurious. The rooms, designed with a trendy modern touch, embraced the beauty of art deco style. They featured bespoke furniture, the finest materials, and unparalleled comfort that catered to every guest’s needs.
During my visit, I experienced the convenience of having a well-equipped gym and spa. Additionally, the indoor and outdoor pools provide a perfect balance for both body and mind. The three on-site restaurants offered a variety of American cuisine, catering to formal and casual dining preferences.
To complete the experience, The Cavalier offers a charming coffee room and two bars. Notably, the hotel boasts its distillery named Tarnished Truth, where I enjoyed sampling their exceptional Bourbon. It’s an opportunity to tread in the footsteps of presidents and relish the opulence of a bygone era at The Cavalier.

While visiting The Founders Inn & Spa, located just 16 miles from the beach, I couldn’t help but be captivated by its charm. It was one of my favorite places to escape, offering a distinctive Virginia Beach vacation experience.
Stepping into this historical gem, I was transported back to the 1900s, relishing in the nostalgia of its heyday. The architecture and décor exuded a timeless elegance that immersed me in the past.
My room was a perfect blend of classic furniture and modern amenities. It struck the ideal balance between authenticity and convenience. The high-quality furnishings and meticulous attention to detail were apparent at every turn, making my stay truly luxurious.
Regarding dining, The Founders Inn & Spa gave me two fantastic options. The Swan Terrace Grill, with its delectable American cuisine, offered a dining experience that I love. On the other hand, the Commonwealth was perfect for casual gatherings, serving drinks, mouthwatering burgers, and flatbreads, all while watching big TV sports and more.
The Spa was a haven of relaxation, featuring a pool and an array of indulgent treatments that I experienced, leaving me feeling pampered and rejuvenated. If you’re seeking a distinctive way to explore Virginia Beach, I highly recommend staying at The Founders Inn & Spa. It’s a place I won’t forget.

While staying at Costa Azul Suites, right on Atlantic Avenue in the heart of Virginia Beach, I found it one of my favorite places. The modern, efficient, and comfortable surroundings truly impressed me. The rooms were not only spacious but also well-appointed. Plus, the complimentary Wi-Fi ensured that I stayed connected throughout my stay.
One of the highlights of my visit was the hot breakfasts included in my stay. It was a fantastic way to start the day. And if you like to stay active, you’ll love the outdoor pool and fitness facility available here. For longer stays, the laundry facility came in handy, making it a practical choice. For those who need to get work done even while on vacation, the business center provides a great environment.
Costa Azul Suites is a great hotel in an even greater location, and I love this fuss-free approach. It perfectly blends the convenience of hotel life with the freedom of having your apartment. My experience here was truly memorable, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Virginia Beach.

I stayed at this beautiful holiday home, one of my favorite places. It’s located right on the beach, so all I had to do was walk past the outdoor pool at the rear, and I found myself in the dunes at the edge of the beach itself. The sea views from the living spaces and the incredible balcony were breathtaking. If you love the beach life like I do, this is the ideal place to stay for an independent vacation.
Parking was never an issue, with plenty of space at the front for all the guests, which was quite handy, considering there are 8 bedrooms in this amazing place. They provided free Wi-Fi, and the property was well-appointed with quality furnishings. Everything I needed for a wonderful stay was right there.
The best part was that it was conveniently close to stores and other amenities. If you’re looking for a home away from home in Virginia Beach this summer, I can assure you that you won’t find a better spot to enjoy your vacation.

Seas the Moment is one of my favorite places. Sitting right on the beach and with an incredible deck for outdoor living, I love this wonderful living space with eclectic décor that brings the ocean and beach vibe into my accommodation.
While visiting, I experienced plenty of space for everyone, with a large dining and kitchen area. This 4-bedroom home has TV and Cable, free wifi, and a lovely outdoor plunge pool on the huge deck.
While staying at the place, I tried all the amenities easily accessible, and it’s within easy reach of the center of Virginia Beach and the restaurants and attractions you can find there. It’s perfectly located for my stay, whether I want to spend time on the beach or explore further afield.

Blue Horizon
One of my favorite places to stay in Virginia Beach is the Blue Horizon. This incredible beach house boasts 10 bedrooms and sits right on the famous beach itself. During my visit, I loved the fact that it had its vast deck, both outdoor and indoor swimming pools, and even a games room with a pool table.
While staying at this amazing property, I experienced the grandeur of the accommodation, which includes a spacious dining area that can comfortably seat 18 people. There’s also an incredible balcony that I spent hours on, soaking up the sun and taking in the stunning views. The fully fitted kitchen made preparing meals a breeze, and the bedrooms were luxurious.
But that’s not all; this beach house also offers a gym, a table tennis table, and arcade machines to entertain everyone. The cinema room was one of my favorite spots to relax at the end of a busy day.
The location is perfect too, as it’s close to stores and amenities. When you stay at the Blue Horizon, you truly get to go your way and enjoy the beach lifestyle to its fullest. I can’t recommend this place enough for an unforgettable beachfront experience.

I love this! My very own beach house with 9 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi throughout, and a fabulous patio area with its pool just a few steps from the beach.
While staying at this wonderful place, I couldn’t help but appreciate the eclectic eye for detail that went into its design. The house offered spacious and comfortable accommodation, and the living rooms featured large windows that provided stunning views across the sand and to the ocean beyond.
One of my favorite things was enjoying a barbecue on the balcony or dining in the large dining area – the choice was all mine. If you want to experience everything Virginia Beach offers with your friends and family, Neptune II is a superb choice for a home-from-home right on the beach.
