The hotel was so beautiful I spent a lot of time making the most of all it had to offer including a gorgeous rooftop pool and an atmospheric cocktail bar sandwiched between the ancient stone walls of the basement. There was loads of tasty food too…I loved the Avant-Garde take on simple dishes that were served up in the restaurant and the laid back Tapas in Le Bouchon.
