Margaritaville Island Hotel is one of my favorite places, enchanting me with its island-themed interiors, heartwarming Appalachian traditions, and welcoming hospitality.

While staying at this laidback venue, I love the extended vacations, relishing home-like comforts paired with indulgent resort amenities. The guest rooms, aesthetically crafted, boast serene color palettes, beautifully crafted furniture, cozy lounging spaces, and luxurious bathrooms.

I experienced pure island-style relaxation at the onsite St. Somewhere Spa, indulging in a variety of massages and therapies that transported me to a tropical paradise.

The Margaritaville Restaurant, conveniently located next to the hotel, became a cherished spot for me. Combining a refined dining space with a live performance stage, it provided entertaining feasts after a day of sightseeing.

The Inn at Christmas Place quickly became one of my favorite places, immersing me in the enchanting spirit of Christmas. Its regal Bavarian architecture and European-style interiors created a cozy holiday haven. Nestled against the stunning Smoky Mountains, the inn’s festive charm extended to each holiday-themed guest room.

I enjoyed exploring various accommodations. The spacious 2-bedroom suite stood out, boasting in-room appliances, a gas fireplace, and a luxurious whirlpool tub. What made it truly special was the fully equipped kitchen and inviting living room, complete with a sleeper sofa.

Staying at the Christmas Place was a magical experience, especially in the Christmas-themed Santa Suite. The room’s cheerful holiday décor and quirky fixtures added an extra layer of joy to my stay.

During my stay, I experienced the comfort of the guest rooms, adorned with contemporary furniture and thoughtful amenities. 

I tried out the indoor lounging space, a perfect spot to connect with fellow travelers. The two luxury pools were my go-to for relaxation after a thrilling hiking expedition.

The location is unbeatable, offering easy access to must-see attractions like the Great Smoky Mountain Wheel, The Old Mill, and the LazerPort Fun Center.

Nestled in the heart of Sevierville, Jan’s Riverside Retreat quickly became one of my favorite places. While visiting, I loved the thrilling outdoor adventures, rewarding nature trails, not to mention its proximity to world-class theme parks and the vibrant downtown area. While staying at this 2-bedroom haven designed for six guests, I marveled at its laid-back open layout, splendid mountainside interiors, and sumptuously furnished living spaces.

I tried shopping for locally farmed ingredients to whip up some home-cooked meals in the stainless steel kitchen. Breakfast on the sprawling balcony became a cherished routine, offering a stunning view of the verdant scenery.

In the living room, I experienced true comfort with indulgently comfortable lounging furniture and a flat-screen TV boasting cable channels. The onsite swimming pool and hot tub were my go-to spots, carving out moments of bliss after an exhausting day of sightseeing.

Surrounded by the majestic beauty of mountain streams, the rooms were a delight, serenading me to sleep with the soothing melody of water cascading over rocks.

Being a dog-friendly haven, Bear Hugs felt like a whimsical fairytale with its rich, rustic wooden construction typical of mountainside cabins. The interiors boasted a spacious and airy layout, adorned with ornate fireplaces, refined leather furniture, and snug linens. This one-bedroom cabin became my go-to spot for a romantic escape, moments of solitude, or embarking on an alpine adventure.

Mountain View Getaway quickly became one of my favorite places. Nestled in the Great Smokies, this dreamy retreat gave me stunning views. While visiting, I immersed myself in the proximity to legendary hiking trails, historic sites, and Pigeon Forge attractions.

Staying at this corner-side condo was a true indulgence for a modern traveler like me. The bedroom and lounging area were luxuriant, giving me spectacular views of the Gatlinburg Golf Course and the 200-foot Great Smoky Mountain Wheel.

The rustic barn-style interiors, adorned with textured wooden detailing, created a cozy atmosphere. The countryside-style décor and hardwood floors added to the charm. In the bathroom, I experienced pure relaxation with a jetted bathtub. Each room featured a Smart TV, allowing me to unwind with Netflix or enjoy gaming on the Xbox console.

The Blue Mountain Mist Country Inn quickly became one of my favorite places. Nestled on a sprawling 60-acre estate at the base of the Great Smoky Mountains, this charming Victorian-era farmhouse stole my heart.

During my stay, I fell in love with the 12 uniquely adorned guest rooms. Each room was a treasure trove of rare antiques, historic memorabilia, and enchanting family heirlooms, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

I experienced the true meaning of Southern hospitality. The homely inn treated me to decadent homemade desserts and country-style breakfasts that were nothing short of indulgent.

For those seeking opulence and seclusion, I opted for one of the five country cottages. These rustic havens combined farmhouse-style architecture with exquisitely carved fireplaces and a luxurious Jacuzzi, providing the perfect escape into tranquility.

While visiting, I marveled at the rustic beauty, combining earthy alpine pleasures with modern conveniences and thoughtful amenities.

The vibrant interiors captured my heart with striking wooden construction, gleaming hardwood floors, and well-lit outdoor patios. The spacious balconies, adorned with rocking chairs, became my go-to spot to savor the magical scenery. My romantic-themed room created the perfect setting for a lovely escape, ideal for romantic getaways and honeymoons.

Timbers Lodge stands out as a popular choice for adventurers and trekkers like myself. After a day exploring the Smoky Mountains National Park, this comfortable retreat offered a welcome respite. I loved the proximity to Dollywood, Appalachian heritage sites, and other popular Pigeon Forge attractions.

The Ramsey Hotel and Convention Center in Pigeon Forge is now one of my favorite places. My stay at this modern boutique hotel, nestled in the heart of Pigeon Forge’s historic heritage and entertainment venues, was an unforgettable experience.

With 206 guest rooms to choose from, including two-bedroom executive suites, fireplace suites, and Jacuzzi suites, I love the variety of accommodations Ramsey offers. The oversized lobby became a favorite spot of mine, serving as a welcoming and unpretentious mingling space.

I tried out the expansive 24-hour heated waterfall pool located indoors. It quickly became a go-to spot for socializing, and I enjoyed every moment there. For a family-friendly experience, the hot tub was a hit, providing a large enough space for blissful moments with the kids.

One of the highlights was the outdoor movie sessions for children on the enormous outdoor movie screen, complemented by a comfortably furnished patio.

While staying at the Riverside Tower, it felt like being welcomed back by caring parents, eager to indulge you with attention and serve delightful, home-cooked meals. The rooms, from mid-size to spacious, are adorned with elegant furnishings and boast expansive windows that unveil breathtaking views of the Great Smokies and the serene Pigeon River.

During my visit, I opted for the crown jewels of accommodations – the two-bedroom Family Suites and Honeymoon Suites. Each one is a testament to Riverside Tower’s commitment to lavish comfort and style.

I loved the variety of recreational activities available right on-site. From tubing and kayaking to leisurely wading in the river, it was the perfect haven for riverside adventures. The rooms were not just comfortable but also thoughtfully equipped with modern amenities like in-room appliances and luxurious linens.

One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast buffet at the Rise & Shine Café. Each morning, I indulged in a delightful spread, setting the perfect tone for the day. Additionally, the inn’s location allowed me to explore numerous cafes, restaurants, and charming outdoor eateries in the vicinity.

Sandy’s Sanctuary quickly became one of my favorite places during my visit to the mesmerizing surroundings of Dollywood and the Great Smoky Mountains. This vibrant condo, a haven for art enthusiasts like myself, welcomed me with its bright lights and lively colors.

I found the fully equipped kitchen to be a real treat, allowing me to indulge my culinary whims. The living room, adorned with bold and vibrant colors, felt like an art masterpiece itself. The inviting sofas beckoned me to relax, especially the queen-size sofa bed by the ornate fireplace.

I love this eclectic space for its modern furniture, smart appliances, and the luxurious comfort of the bedding. When not out exploring nature trails or wildflower meadows, I enjoyed snuggling on the sofa bed, tuning into my favorite TV shows, and soaking up the warmth of the onsite hot tub.
